Shipping policy
RTS (READY TO SHIP) | SHIPPING | TURN AROUND TIME
All RTS products will ship within 2-3 business days (unless otherwise stated). Please note, the shipping time you choose at checkout only applies to the shipping speed of your order. This is not guaranteed with the shipping companies. Our turnaround time is still the same no matter what shipping speed/transit time you choose.
If your order gets returned to us due to insufficient address or incorrect address on your order, you will need to pay shipping again in order for us to reship your order back to you.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Claims must be made through the postal service in which your package was carried. Once it leaves our shop, we have no control of what mail carriers do with the packages.

We do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges for any reason.
Please make sure you have the correct shipping address link to your order.
A restocking fee of 10% will apply to orders that have been returned to sender.
We are not responsible for user error.
Damages | IssuesPlease inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us by email within 72 hours if your items are defective, if you receive the wrong item or are missing an item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
We reserve the right to deny all returns.

They will also be inside of your package once you receive it.
